Bistro 82 is really dimly lit and since it was late evening the flash would have disrupted everyone. While the place was fairly crowded, everyone seemed to speak in hushed tones and I was pretty sure our nearest neighbors would not appreciate my photo taking.
There's a lot of them: My newest "thing" has been blogging, and I've even stuck with that for more than a handful of years. I've written nearly posts so far! I had no idea I'd write that much. And people read what I write. I appreciate the comments and feedback I get from all of you. I've learned a lot through my blogging contacts.
To celebrate my seventh blogiversary I'm giving away a box of goodies - seven items that have to do with the things I like and do. I'm starting with two bags of loose leaf tea. Candy Cane Black is a new tea we just tried last night got a thumbs up from most of the tea drinkers. I'm including an oversized tea infuser, in case you don't have one of your own.

Like most twenty-somethings, Mabel doesn't have a lot of furniture. Oct. 6 is only 18 days away (I hope to heaven that's right), and I should be purchasing the gift card that night for the giveaway later that week.
